meet Chef julie
Raised in Normandie, France where Creme Fraiche and Butter are part of every meals, Julie always had a passion for cooking desserts, treats or other wonderful meals.
Julie moved to the USA from France in 2007. And after a couple years raising her two wonderful children, Julie decided it was time to share her French recipes to the world.
After receiving her Baking and Pastry diploma from the Art Institute of Philadelphia with outstanding achievement awards, Julie became Pastry Chef of a bakery in Philadelphia.
After moving to Houston in 2013 and one year as Pastry chef of a restaurant in Houston, Julie decided it was time for her dream to come true and created Julie's French Pastries and Coffee Shop.
